Who runs Jenga Jar

Jenga Jar is operated by Alt Solutions Micro-Credit, a fintech-enabled financial institution based in Accra. We are licensed by MCAG, an umbrella organization for Micro Credit Institutions under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179), and regulated by the Bank of Ghana.

Every cedi you stack on Jenga Jar sits behind that licence. Your balance is held separately from Alt Solutions Micro-Credit's own funds, encrypted in transit and at rest, and reconciled daily.

The relationship is straightforward: Jenga Jar is the product you use, the brand you see on the app store, and the community you save with. Alt Solutions Micro-Credit is the regulated company that stands behind it — the same way Achieve is built and operated by Petra Securities.

Alt Solutions Micro-Credit was founded to close a gap Ghanaians know well: dependable financial tools that meet people where they already are — on MoMo, in their language, in their community.

Jenga Jar is our consumer savings product. Behind it sits a team of engineers, designers, and finance professionals in Accra who care about getting the small things right: clean rates, no hidden fees, instant withdrawals, and copy that doesn't lie.
